You know those weeks that everything seems to have been dumped on you at the same time? Yep, this was one of 'em (hence my continued silence for the past few days--no, I wasn't shot by Israeli terrorists or taken captive by Iranian militants). A 7 pg. single-spaced paper and two midterms basically buried me under the shroud of academic activity. Thank goodness it's almost done! Funny that I didn't have (relatively) anything to do last week...Shakespeare had it right: "When sorrows come, they come not single spies, But in battalions."(!)
Thankfully our other teachers were pretty understanding. It all turned out alright, thank goodness.
In case anybody was wondering, "Through the Fire and Flames" is STILL the most epic song I've ever heard. I'll catch up on my Egypt adventures a bit later today. Bye!
